Stage one · the ground

August 2026

The plot is cleared and the old wall along the road comes down. The excavator opens the ground for the garage level, the base for the tower crane is cast, and then the crane goes up over the plot.

Stage two · foundation and garage level

September 2026

Retaining walls are cast against the slope. The foundation slab is reinforced bar by bar and poured with a concrete pump. On top of it rise the walls of the garage level, and by mid-September the slab over the garage is cast.

Stage three · now

October 2026

The garage level is closed. Its outer walls get waterproofing, the openings for the lift and the stairs are formed, and the bars for the first apartment floor are waiting.
